HOW HAVE YOU BEEN VICTIMIZED?

In order to find a solution, the first step is understanding the current position and what is the short and long-term impact. As victims of fraud, negligence and misrepresentation, the options for recovery are numerous. The road to recovery is not just recourse, but also finding alternative solutions to rebuild. This is not an overnight process, and recovery can be draining, but the key to success is to close one door and open another. We can dwell on how we were victimized but living in the past inhibits the road to the future. Fundamentally, it is a matter of building a life plan, implementing, managing and continually adjusting it to reach recovery.

Tell me you story, then the discussion can begin to find a solution.

Madoff Victims

Interesting article today surrounding victims of Madoff. Previous owners of a house in Malibu that was foreclosed by Wells Fargo. Afterwards, a senior executive from Wells Fargo used the home to have extended weekends, and throw parties. Wow!

Bank would not allow anyone to view the home and did not list it... Talk about rubbing salt in a wound. If this couple has not already endured enough hardship....
