What are you Doing?

Addressing those impacted by fraud, negligence or misrepresentation; what are you currently doing to recover? Are you relying on the judicial process in each case or are you looking for new opportunities that may enable moving forward?

I ask this question, because legal recourse is expensive, and typically, when a mass pool of victims are included, it takes a long time to get through the red tape....

What strategies are being used to recuperate the losses?

Story Introduction

The hardest step toward starting the recovery process is to initiate the conversation that outlines how the actions of others have impacted someones life. I can say that the greatest learning perspective throughout the last two years for me was recognizing that we do not have all the answers. I do however realize that a collective can devise much more success toward being made whole after encountering losses from deception.

We work hard to achieve a safe monetary position, as a result we should have the ambition to recover or find a solution to reach back to that safety. Many lives have been compromised over the last couple of years, and it will probably continue into the future; however, now it is time to get back what belongs to us and that we worked so hard to procure.

Collaboration

Let us look at the situation for a moment. If someone experienced the loss of money through a situation that otherwise is only recoverable through litigation, how can someone entrust future parties to be different. The first identifier is to collaborate with those that have had the same or similar experience. The point is to surround yourselves with similar people, because they will all have the same goals, to identify a solution that enables a successful transition back to whole.

As I can personally attest, the ability to recover money from a financial transaction that was riddled with deception is not easy; for that matter the probability is slim because if your perpetrator is jailed, the opportunity to collect is far fetched.

So you ask what are some options for me if I lost everything? The answer is not simple; therefore, one must look outside the conventional box. By doing this a multitude of options present, for instance, the ability to enhance one's financial position by using a bank issued instrument. Another option is to work with others to pool a stronger financial position that enhances the opportunities available to recover losses. These two options as well as looking outside the domestic marketplace to conduct financial transactions provides a renewed foundation for taking control of the situation and enabling a new direction that realizes a way back to financial security.

HOW HAVE YOU BEEN VICTIMIZED?

In order to find a solution, the first step is understanding the current position and what is the short and long-term impact. As victims of fraud, negligence and misrepresentation, the options for recovery are numerous. The road to recovery is not just recourse, but also finding alternative solutions to rebuild. This is not an overnight process, and recovery can be draining, but the key to success is to close one door and open another. We can dwell on how we were victimized but living in the past inhibits the road to the future. Fundamentally, it is a matter of building a life plan, implementing, managing and continually adjusting it to reach recovery.

Tell me you story, then the discussion can begin to find a solution.

Madoff Victims

Interesting article today surrounding victims of Madoff. Previous owners of a house in Malibu that was foreclosed by Wells Fargo. Afterwards, a senior executive from Wells Fargo used the home to have extended weekends, and throw parties. Wow!

Bank would not allow anyone to view the home and did not list it... Talk about rubbing salt in a wound. If this couple has not already endured enough hardship....

Blog Introdution

This BLOG is a dedicated discussion site for those impacted by fraud, negligence and being taken advantage of by the masterminds of those claiming to be the saviors of your investment portfolio.

As a victim of such activities, we must stand up and fight the continuance of these actions, or inactions; and collaberatively find solutions to recover our losses. Many people have been effected by the actions of others, now it is time to redefine the playing field and recover what each of us has lost...
