Collaboration

Let us look at the situation for a moment. If someone experienced the loss of money through a situation that otherwise is only recoverable through litigation, how can someone entrust future parties to be different. The first identifier is to collaborate with those that have had the same or similar experience. The point is to surround yourselves with similar people, because they will all have the same goals, to identify a solution that enables a successful transition back to whole.

As I can personally attest, the ability to recover money from a financial transaction that was riddled with deception is not easy; for that matter the probability is slim because if your perpetrator is jailed, the opportunity to collect is far fetched.

So you ask what are some options for me if I lost everything? The answer is not simple; therefore, one must look outside the conventional box. By doing this a multitude of options present, for instance, the ability to enhance one's financial position by using a bank issued instrument. Another option is to work with others to pool a stronger financial position that enhances the opportunities available to recover losses. These two options as well as looking outside the domestic marketplace to conduct financial transactions provides a renewed foundation for taking control of the situation and enabling a new direction that realizes a way back to financial security.
